Cancellation & Refund Policy
Travelers may cancel any confirmed booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in time (12:00 PM local time). Refunds are initiated automatically to the original payment method and settle within 3-5 business days. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night fee to compensate host preparations.
4-Digit Guest Check-in Verification Code
Every confirmed reservation generates a secure 4-digit check-in code displayed on the guest voucher. Upon arrival at the stay, the traveler shares this code with the host. Host verification of the code in Partner Studio officially confirms arrival and triggers payment settlement.
Privacy & Data Protection
Tripara processes personal information strictly for identity verification, booking fulfillment, and government-mandated guest reporting. We never sell traveler data to third-party ad networks. Payment card details are tokenized securely through RBI-compliant payment aggregators.
